Shipping Policy

Ready To Ship

Most items are ready to ship and will be posted within 3 business days.

Made To Order

Some items indicate additional production time. That gives me time to laser cut the pieces, hand finish, and package appropriately.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders include a specific time frame where ordering is available to secure your spot. Products are available until the cut-off date or until sold out (whichever occurs first). Pre-order listings will include an expected shipping date so please check the dates on individual preorder listings.

All orders are shipped using AusPost parcel services, which includes tracking. A tracking number will be provided via email as your order is packaged.

International Shipping

Currently I am shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, New Zealand. 

If you would like me to ship to your country, please get in touch and I can add it to my international shipping list.

Customers are responsible for any international custom levies or taxes which may apply.  I recommend checking with your local authority to confirm the rates before proceeding with your purchase.

Packaging

Orders are carefully packaged in appropriate eco-friendly products, to ensure they arrive safely in your hands.

All cardboard and paper products are from recycled sources or are recyclable.

Soft mailer bags are from Hero Packaging and are home-compostable.

Any bubble wrap is recycled from my own incoming packages (please excuse any tape or stickers from my providers!)

Fibre batts and rolags are packaged in home-compostable cellulose bags - chuck them in your worm farms!

Other plastics sleeves are used sparingly and only when the product needs special protection. The bags are reusable many times, so feel free to store other little treasures in them for safe-keeping.

Free Shipping for Newcastle Locals!

I love my Newy locals! Usually I can get to you within a week for a hand delivery, or email me if you're going to be at a local craft meetup that I attend so I can do a handover for you. If that doesn't work for you, I can probably arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order, just please get in touch.

Return & Exchange Policy

Problems?

Please contact me as soon as possible to work out a solution. I want you to be happy with your products but if something is not as you expected I will do what I can to help. Please contact me via email within 5 days of receiving your products.

Colours and Computers

We all know different computers and screens handle colours differently. Best efforts have been taken to accurately represent colours, and please contact me if you need specific advice eg for colour matching.
