Ready To Ship
Most items are ready to ship and will be posted within 3 business days.

If there are extenuating circumstances that will result in longer handling times, I'll be in touch via email. Please remember that I am an individual small business owner, sometimes life happens eg sick kids or other unpredictable events that can affect business operations. Your orders are very important to me and I always do my best to get things out to you as soon as humanly possible!
Made To Order
Some items, like buttons, can be ordered to your choice of shape, material, size, etc.
The additional production time is indicated on the specific listings, which gives me time to laser cut the pieces, hand finish, and package appropriately.
Pre-Orders - Handmade Items
Pre-orders of my handmade products are produced in a specific time frame. Items are available from the advertised launch date to the cut-off date or until sold out (whichever occurs first). Pre-order listings will include an expected shipping date so please check the dates on individual preorder listings.
Special edition boxes may have their own shipping charge due to the nature of the product to be shipped.
Chiaogoo Info
A variety of popular items are kept in stock and are available to ship immediately. ​
Preorder products are sourced from Chiaogoo periodically and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
Combining Orders
Please email your order numbers if you wish to combine orders. I am happy to do this as long as the orders have not been shipped.
Shipping overages in excess of $5 will be refunded at time of shipping.

Best efforts are made to pack and send items on the same or next business day (maximum 3 day handling on in-stock items)
Domestic Australian Shipping
All orders are shipped with a flat rate using AusPost parcel services, which includes tracking. Regular parcel post and Express Shipping options are available.
A tracking number will be provided via email as your order is packaged.
International Shipping
International Shipping is currently available to New Zealand, USA, and Canada. Shipping is via AusPost International standard shipping and is calculated by weight. Please get in touch if you would like me to add shipping to your country!

Free Local Delivery
I love my Newy locals! Usually I can get to you within a week for a hand delivery, or email me if you're going to be at a local craft meetup that I attend so I can do a handover for you. If you want to collect your order from me directly, please just get in touch.
Packaging
Orders are carefully packaged in appropriate eco-friendly products as much as possible, to ensure they arrive in your hands safely and with minimum environmental impact.

All cardboard and paper products are from recycled sources or are recyclable.

Soft mailer bags are from Hero Packaging and are home-compostable.

Plastic bubble wrap is recycled from my incoming packages and moving house. Save and reuse when you can!

Fibre batts and rolags are packaged in home-compostable cellulose bags - chuck them in your worm farms!

Other plastic sleeves are used sparingly and only when the product needs special protection. The bags are reusable many times, so feel free to store other little treasures in them for safe-keeping.

Please get in touch with me as soon as possible to work out a solution. I want you to be happy with your goodies but if something is not as you expected I will do what I can to help. Please contact me via email within 5 days of receiving your products.
